I GOT A NEW JOB??? 

This is an update to the “Update” I didn’t mean to post….

So that’s me in the race car above. Racing is my passion and when I do announce that I have a new job or new roll or new position or whatever I did on LinkedIn it will be the second after I get an offer to drive for a major racing team that will pay me enough to support my wife of almost 16 years and my 11 and 13 year old daughters (please send help). Unfortunately that hasn’t happened and I’m still doing the same thing I have been doing for almost 12 years now here at TeleProviders…and very, very proud of it.

With that being said I do want to thank everyone for all of the “congrats” e-mails I’ve received since I made this update to my profile in error and specifically to all those offering me help with all kinds of goods and services in my mistakenly posted new roll. Kinda feel bad for fooling everyone though…I guess I should turn off the notifications next time when fine tuning my on-line resume.

So here’s what I’m going to do….I’m going to use this opportunity to thank my team for allowing me to have this same job for almost 12 years as I really do owe it all to them.

This team has been my one constant, the one thing that really hasn’t changed all that much, since we incorporated in 2004. I actually ran some numbers just to prove just how much of a constant they really have been for me.

We currently have 20 people here at TeleProviders with 5 starting only this year. When you take out the 5 newbies (only to TeleProviders, not to the industry and they are amazing) our team members have an average tenure of over 8 years at a company that is only 12 years old. That’s crazy but it’s even worse than that as most of us worked together prior to TeleProviders going all the way back to 2000.

The gratitude I have for this team of wackos is something I don’t think I could ever express in words as they really are a group of some of the most intelligent, passionate and loyal people one could ever have the honor of leading. A group of true professionals that have been tasked to adapt over and over and over again within an ever-changing industry…and doing it really, really well.

Why do they stick around you might ask? Because we all have co-dependency issues most likely, but it works extremely well for not only us, but our customers and Partners too….so we’re going to roll with it.

Nonetheless thank you to all my “Connections” out there for the kind e-mails and calls wishing me nothing but the best in my mistakenly updated role and I encourage you to met them for yourself….like right now by clicking The Team which just takes you right back here to their LinkedIn Profiles because that’s how we roll….:) #Teleproviders #Thankyou
