Maybe to appreciate collaboration it’s more important to understand the opposite of what it means. 

So what Is the opposite of Collaboration?

We’d say it’s Inertia, the tendency to do nothing or to remain unchanged. A property of matter by which it continues in its existing state of rest or uniform motion in a straight line, unless that state is changed by an external force.

That’s what we get without collaboration, a continuous state of rest, or moving, but in a straight line instead of exploring what happens when you move in a new direction, one with unfamiliar curves, and uncharted twist and turns.

Team Collaboration is the external force to set in motion new thoughts that build and rise. With each contributor adding a brilliant piece of the puzzle that adds up to one crazy and amazing idea or design, something new to propel the company to soar in a path never imagined.
